These terms apply to your use of cypruschef.com, limassolchef.com, larnacachef.com and nicosiachef.com (the sites). By using the sites you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the sites.
Who we are
The sites are operated by CEREBROX LTD (registration number HE 487945), Aristeidi Tziamali 32, 8300 Konia, Paphos, Cyprus, trading as Cyprus Chef. Contact: chef@pafoschef.com.
What the sites are for
The sites describe the Cyprus Chef platform, invite chefs and entrepreneurs to express interest in running a city, and let future customers ask to be told when a city launches. Nothing on the sites is an offer to enter into a contract. Submitting a form is a request for a conversation, not an application that creates any obligation on either side.
Any partnership, licence or service between you and Cyprus Chef will be set out in a separate written agreement. Until such an agreement is signed, neither side owes the other anything on the basis of these sites.
Funding
Where the sites mention help with funding, this means help preparing a business plan and applications. We do not lend money, we do not decide on grants or loans, and we make no promise that any application will succeed or that any amount will be paid. Decisions rest solely with the relevant funding bodies.
Accuracy of information
We keep the sites accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but they may contain errors or describe things that later change. Facts about Pafos Chef describe how that business operates at the time of writing and are not a forecast of how any other city will perform.
Your use of the sites
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, not to submit information about another person without their permission, not to send automated or bulk submissions, and not to try to interfere with the sites, the form service or the data stored by them.
Intellectual property
The text, design, photographs, videos, logos and names on the sites belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the sites. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content for your own purposes without our written permission. Pafos Chef, Cyprus Chef and the city names used with “Chef” are our trading names.
Third-party services and links
The sites use third-party services listed in the privacy notice and link to pafoschef.com and other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
Liability
The sites are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of the sites or reliance on their content, other than liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
